This morning was 22 degrees. Now to our friends in the North – our ice and snow may not seem like a big deal. But to my “girls” and their babies – this cold – sleet – ice – and snow have been monumental!! Remember all our childhood games where we were to find a “hidden” picture in a picture or finding “Waldo”. Well – Waldo is bedded up in this hay. Can you see him? This Charolais calf is piled up in the middle of the hay – completely covered up. Mom is right there. She probably tucked him in there last night snug as a bug. Bovine intelligence at its best!! Love it!!
